Customer Service – Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description

  • Customer Service: Facilitate Sales persons offers, orders and customer inquiries     
  • Regional Project Management: Inform Customers of new item programs & state pricing calculations
  • Departmental Coordination: Facilitate state compliance needs, facilitate new orders to winery, facilitate domestic shipment needs
  • Inventory Control: Monitor & facilitate flow of goods to respective state customers, coordination with procurement team for demand planning needs. Analyze sales data.  
  • Order Fulfilment: Facilitate & track customer orders and request logistic department carrier bookings  
  • Claim Coordination: Facilitate Charge backs and damage management
  • Bill Validation: 3PL Warehouse & Distributor bill approval  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Extensive experience with personal computers and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience and/or understanding of Payables process, inventory and logistics management, and knowledge of warehousing and delivery operations
  • Organizational & analytical skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks and work under stressful conditions
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work well with others & under minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail & accuracy are critical to this position

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience
