IT Administrator


We are looking for a dynamic result-driven IT Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting into the Chief Technology Officer, the IT Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of MISA’s computer systems, servers and data security systems.


  • Prepare and install new employee equipment including desktop and laptop imaging
  • Provide desktop support and technical assistance on all IT related issues
  • Perform maintenance on all user accounts including setting up new accounts and removing accounts
  • Install and support key software applications such as Microsoft Office 365, NetSuite, and other enterprise and internally developed applications as assigned
  • Document and implement operating policies and procedures related to all systems hardware and software acquisition, use, support, security, and backup
  • Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware/software problems pertaining to LAN
  • Assist in integrating new applications and technologies into the current system
  • Assist in developing and implementing disaster recovery procedures


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years’ experience with system administration
  • Minimum 1-year experience with desktop support
  • Excellent customer service
  • Practical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with business technology peripherals such as copiers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Expert knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
