Staff Accountant


We’re looking for an enthusiastic result driven Accountant to join our growing organization in California. We need someone to challenge the status quo and bring creative solutions. As the Staff Accountant you will perform a variety of functions and will have exposure to many aspects of accounting within our organization. This position offers excellent growth potential.


  • Prepare Inventory Cost of Goods Costing Sheets
  • Monitor and Code All Accounts Payable Invoices in Accounting System
  • Receive Inventory into the accounting system
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Schedule Credit Card Expenses and Record in the General Ledger
  • Write Manual Checks
  • Makes and assumes other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management


  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of cost accounting and general accounting experience
  • Experience with NetSuite highly desirable
  • Experience with QuickBooks highly desirable
  • Team player with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees within all levels of the organization
  • Expert in Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, produce accurate reports and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision
