Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

The marketing & sales coordinator is a Support/Coordination position that carries out a number of functions to promote more effective work between marketing and sales. The position covers a range of tasks from contacting customers, prospects and vendors to arranging orders or updating the status of said order. They provide the company with details of customers’ orders and offers, and make them aware of any problems throughout the order fulfillment process. The associate will be integral in maintaining the integrity of all customer and vendor relationships.   


Candidates must have excellent administrative, the ability to gather and organize information, clerical record-keeping, computing skills, design presentation and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments within the company.



  • Data entry of orders from sales and assisting with order issues
  • Responsible for customer set up including account creation, terms, and TABC permit updates and information
  • Coordinates item sales cycle from sample request, order and sale fulfillment
  • Order management including pricing, keying, posting and delivery times
  • Responsible for item maintenance for warehouse and management
  • Responsible for month end process and future orders
  • Works in collaboration with purchasing and logistics to confirm order details
  • Communicates with suppliers VIA email and phone in reference to order coordination
  • Acts as a central HUB for the company, coordinating with marketing & sales team members on a daily basis on projects
  • Maintains vendor relations by organizing and verifying information throughout the supply chain
  • Creates and/or edits marketing materials
  • Assists in the development and execution of promotional calendar for internal and external activations such as tastings, offers and vendor meetings
  • Market product to key customers and potential future customers
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience and/or understanding of supply chain
  • Experience in marketing is preferred but not required
  • Experience in wine & spirits is a plus
  • Strong organizational & analytical skills
  • Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of the French language is a plus
  • Able to work well with others & under minimal supervision
  • Attentive to detail & accuracy
  • Excellent project coordination and documents management skills


Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience
